JOS System - gentle, chemical-free micro cleaning.

With a low pressure blast of cleaning medium (air, water and chemically inert, fine mineral powder or granule), JOS System cleans surfaces gently and effectively without damage to the substrate.

Suitable for removing graffiti, dirt, smoke, coatings, corrosion and more, JOS can be used on a variety of surfaces, including masonry, concrete, tile, glass, wood and metal.

Low pressure blasting action, two different blasting options.

Using interchangeable nozzle tips and turbines, you can regulate the air pressure, flow rate, water, volume and nozzle distance from the substrate to be cleaned, adjusting to meet the unique demands of each and every cleaning task.

Venturi Blast: Compressed air delivers your choice of medium in a linear pattern, for a focussed and gentle clean.  

Vortex Blast: Compressed air delivers your choice of medium in a vortex pattern, lessening the impact of the particles to the surface - for a softer, more gentle clean.

JOS System operates at a low pressure of between 25 to 40 psi. For comparison, your typical garden tap pressure is around 60 to 70 psi.
